RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
SHIPPING
We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $200. Orders under $200 will be charged a $12 flat shipping fee for ground and $25 fee for 2-day priority.
We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible, and most in-stock orders ship within 1-3 business days. Custom pillows typically ship within 2 weeks.
Depending on the item, the parcel will either ship UPS or USPS. Please email inquiries@sarakhatibdesign.com if you have trouble receiving packages from a particular carrier and we will do our best to accommodate.
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping outside of the United States at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience!
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you love your item(s) from Sara Khatib Design, but if something unfortunately
didn’t work out, we accept returns within 14 days from the date that your order was delivered. To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unused and undamaged, qualify for return (e.g. not custom or final sale) and in its original packaging with the return hang tag attached. Please note: items purchased at live trunk shows and other on-site events are returnable for store credit only.
For items being returned for a refund, we will deduct a flat return shipping fee of $10 and will be calculated when you request a return label in our Returns Portal. We process returns and exchanges as soon as possible, but please allow up to 5-10 business days upon receiving the package back.
All custom items (e.g. The Pillow Shop) are non-returnable & any additional items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return, exchange or credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items purchased at live trunk shows and other on-site events are returnable for store credit only.
*Please note, if the merchandise needs to be returned in multiple packages or a box that is larger than what was originally sent to you, we reserve the right to deduct an additional return shipping fee to help cover the cost of the return shipping.
